Jamie Sugg is an Artist and Draughtsman from a small village near Cambridge. His subjects include fenland & woodland landscapes, and village scenes depicting quaint houses and gardens. His landscape work, in acrylics and oil pastels and using a palette knife to provide movement with the paint, responds to the contrasts of light and dark, bringing an emotional response to environment, whilst his watercolor work of more urban and architectural scenes is detailed and precise, aided by his background in building and construction.

This website showcases some of Jamie’s recent work in a variety of media, styles and genre.

2015 is Jamie’s first year with Cambridge Open Studios, and he has previously exhibited at City Church Cambridge, where he and his family attend. His work is on permanent display at the Black Horse Inn, Swaffham Bulbeck.

He has completed a number of recent commissions – these vary from pet portraits to architecture. He is always happy to discuss a commission with you so please contact him using the Contact Me page.
